EXPERIENCING THE MANY FORMS OF MEDITATION
The meditation group explores various types of meditation, including silent, sound, fire-breathing and walking. After explaining the technique, the facilitator allows participants to practice the meditation, followed by a discussion of what it was like.

The meditations offer us calm, focus, and peace of mind. No previous experience or background in meditation is required.

We usually meet at 7 p.m. on the third Monday of each month at the Healing Heart Center, Suite 201, 1035 Lincoln Rd., Bettendorf, Iowa. If you would like to join us, please contact our facilitator Janet.
