EXPERIENCING THE MANY FORMS OF MEDITATION
The meditation group explores various types of meditation, such as silent, sound, fire-breath and walking meditation. After explaining the technique, the facilitator allows participants to practice the meditation, followed by a discussion of what it was like.

The meditations offer us calmness, focus, and peace of mind. No previous experience or background in meditation is required.

We meet at 7 p.m. on the third Monday of each month at the Healing Heart Center, 3841 Utica Ridge Rd., Bettendorf, Iowa. If you would like to join us, please contact our facilitator Janet.
